3BC Tri Brew Café is on the ground floor of Phoenext, 28 Ming Fung Street, in Wong Tai Sin. It’s a small self-roast coffee shop and brunch spot that punches well above its district’s reputation — Wong Tai Sin isn’t exactly known for specialty cafés, which is exactly why this one stands out.
