玉 / the Jade at Regala Skycity Hotel 12/F (赤鱲角航展道8號): pet diners use 3 private rooms at the back with floor-to-ceiling airport/sunset windows — each room fits one 8-seat or two 4-seat tables. Rooms stocked with sofa, dog beds, double bowls, rope toys, pee pads and towels; clean floor so dogs can rest without bag or stroller. No stated pet limits; pet and non-pet zones are separated. Book a pet room ahead. Staff friendly and pace courses without rushing. Tel 3556 3228. Drive to the North car park opposite hotel drop-off; lift goes straight to 12/F (easy with a pet pram). Free Tung Chung MTR shuttle exists — confirm pets on the shuttle. Spend about $400 for up to 2h free parking (larger bills can get more); otherwise about $40/hr; EV charging available. Chinese set-style meal; dessert complimentary; quality rated high for the price.

Inside the airport expo area with ample hotel parking; getting here from the city by MTR requires a bus or taxi from Tsing Yi/Tung Chung, but once there, lift access is excellent.
