Delete your DogDogHK account

Delete from the app

1. Sign in to DogDogHK.
2. Open Me, then Settings.
3. Select Delete account and contributions and confirm.

Request deletion without the app

Email hello@dogdoghk.comfrom the address used for your DogDogHK account. Put “DogDogHK account deletion request” in the subject. Never send us your password or sign-in code.

What deletion covers

We delete your account and associated profile, private dog preferences, saved places and collections, reviews, votes, reports, corrections and private submitted media. Public contributions are removed or anonymised as appropriate. Limited records may be retained when required for fraud prevention, security, legal obligations or backup recovery, as described in our Privacy Policy.
