APM says restaurants and supermarkets set their own rules. If eating with your dog is the point of the trip, ask the exact restaurant whether a carrier or stroller is accepted in its seating area before travelling.

The garden is the natural walking part of the visit. Let your dog have that leashed walk first, then move through the indoor floors with the carrier or stroller ready. That keeps the transition straightforward for your dog, staff and other visitors.

Private cars cost HK$28 an hour. The published parking page says The Point members can redeem parking hours with points through the New Town Malls app, up to five free hours per visit. Parking promotions and redemption rules can change, so check the live terms before you drive.

APM suits a dog owner who is happy to use a stroller or carrier for most of the visit and treat the L2 garden as the proper walking portion. Confirm the food plan first and use the shared garden respectfully.
