Monterey Place is a waterfront meal-and-walk option at O'South Coast. The official site describes many restaurants and cafés as welcoming dogs, with bowls and drinking water available on request. It is still important to check the individual venue before entering, because indoor access remains the tenant's decision.

The coastal promenade has pet stations with litter bins and bags, and connects to a seaside jogging-and-cycling path. That makes it practical to walk first, then choose a restaurant that has confirmed it can receive your dog. The outdoor route is the reliable part of the plan; restaurant access is not a mall-wide guarantee.

The official parking page does not publish hourly rates. Its 2025 to 2027 offer gives two free hours with HK$200 weekday spending or HK$300 on weekends and public holidays, across Monterey Place, Capri Place and Savannah Place. Up to three electronic receipts are accepted, with a daily maximum of two hours. Confirm the posted tariff when driving in.
