New Town Plaza is a large Sha Tin mall connected to Sha Tin MTR, and its Phase 1 L1 Pets Park gives the dog outing a clear centre. Pets may move freely there among agility equipment, a pet toilet and Dog Parking. It is open daily from 10am to 10pm. Everywhere else indoors, carry the pet or use a stroller or bag.
