The park is best treated as a leashed waterfront outing unless current on-site signs say otherwise. Cyberport's present pages describe the park as pet-friendly, but they do not publish a blanket off-leash rule. There is no Cyberport MTR station. Check a live route planner for buses or minibuses serving 100 Cyberport Road, or use a taxi or car for the last leg. The adjacent Arcade and Cyberport 5 add toilets, food and sheltered indoor stops, but each business can set its own pet-access rule.

Construction and landscaping around the Cyberport expansion have changed parts of the waterfront over time. Check the operator's current page, keep the lead short near cyclists and children, and bring water and shade protection for the exposed lawn.

Cyberport Waterfront Park is an operator-managed pet-friendly lawn and promenade at Telegraph Bay, beside Cyberport Arcade and the new Cyberport 5 public space. Current official material confirms pet-friendly green areas, food and drink, barrier-free toilets, play equipment and public connectivity, but it does not support the old claim of a permanent off-leash zone. There is no Cyberport MTR station; plan the last leg by bus, minibus, taxi or car using a current journey planner.
