This stop gives you two different kinds of exercise in one place: free movement inside the fenced pet garden and a controlled waterfront walk outside it. Pause at the gate, clip the lead before leaving and do not extend off-leash play onto the boardwalk.

The official list is intentionally modest: arbour, benches and waste bins. Bring your own drinking water, bowl and waste bags rather than relying on crowd-sourced claims about fountains or toilets.

Hoi Yu Street is the useful destination for maps. Hong Kong Tourism Board's harbour-walk guide identifies access from Quarry Bay MTR Exit C through Hoi Yu Street at about five minutes, but works on the wider East Coast Boardwalk can change individual access points.

Quarry Bay Promenade has a 3,000-square-metre, 24-hour LCSD pet garden at Hoi Yu Street. The official facility list confirms an arbour, garden benches and dog-waste bins; it does not list a dog drinking fountain, agility equipment or public toilet inside the pet garden. The enclosed garden supports off-leash play, while the connecting waterfront remains a shared on-leash route.
