Sai Kung 全記 (waterfront / Man Nin St area): five people + one dog seated indoors near the entrance at a narrow “dog table.” AC vent dripped onto the table; staff said that was the dog zone. Hygiene concern raised: same blue gloves used for clearing tables and serving. Food quality on this lunch set visit was poor (frozen scallops on reused shells, room-temp clams, sauces off, veg not fresh); only the fish was barely OK. Other group members report better dim-sum lunch / DIY seafood dinner experiences — this write-up is about one set-lunch visit.
