Call 2232 5532 to book SPCA Hair Force. Grooming is by appointment at the Wan Chai Hong Kong Centre, Kowloon Centre and Tsing Yi Centre. Members and non-members can book; members get 10% off. SPCA says owners may stay in the grooming area. Confirm the branch and observation arrangement when booking.

*Member figures are calculated from SPCA’s published discount, not separate quoted prices. The official price list took effect in November 2025 and calls all figures reference prices. A full set includes shampoo/conditioner, nails, ear and eye-area cleaning, paw/tummy trim, drying and anal-gland expression. A styled haircut or clip is a different price column. De-knotting/de-matting adds HK$100–500. Ask whether any step your dog does not need, such as anal-gland expression, can be omitted.

SPCA also publishes a 20% full-groom discount for members boarding at Wan Chai during the stay; ask which selected service qualifies. Its Hair Miles coupons are secondary to the actual price and appointment fit.
What to say when booking
Send your dog’s breed or mix, exact weight, standing coat photos, desired cut and any matting. Ask for one total including clip, de-matting and any other additions, the assigned groomer, duration, and whether you can stay throughout. If your dog has bitten during grooming or needs breaks, say so before the appointment and agree when the groomer should stop and call you.
Choose Hair Force for the published price benchmark and three-centre access. A dog with painful skin, infected ears, breathing trouble or a need for sedation should see a vet before an ordinary groom. The public price menu gives you a useful starting figure; the coat assessment decides the actual quote.
