The Tsing Yi centre is a strong practical choice for owners seeking several types of planned care in one place, particularly when rehabilitation is part of the discussion. The veterinary floor includes consultation rooms, surgery, dentistry and diagnostic facilities. On-site parking is useful for transporting a large or less mobile dog; walking from Tsing Yi MTR takes considerably longer. Despite the size of the building, its veterinary opening schedule is daytime, so it should not be mistaken for a 24-hour emergency hospital.

Surgery, dentistry and rehabilitation
The fourth-floor veterinary facilities include five consultation rooms, three general surgical suites, a dental suite with dental X-ray, radiology, two ultrasound rooms and an in-house laboratory. Physiotherapy and rehabilitation facilities add an option for discussing recovery after illness or surgery; the treating team should determine whether that programme suits your dog.
Getting to the veterinary floor
The centre advertises on-site parking and describes the promenade walk from Tsing Yi MTR as around 20 minutes. Veterinary hours differ from the retail and public areas of the building. Book the actual veterinary service and check membership and charges, rather than relying on the centre’s general opening time.
