PetChill Hong Kong review: HK$299 delivery, stores and returns

PetChill Hong Kong shopping guide says free delivery from HK$299. See basket examples, Yuen Long and Fanling shops, stair fees and seven-day problem reporting.

PetChill is worth checking for price and range if the final delivery charge works for your address. Its current shopping guide says free delivery from HK$2991; below that it charges HK$50. Discounted add-on items do not count toward the threshold. A walk-up incurs a stair surcharge, so ask for a quote before paying for heavy food or litter.

Run your basket through checkout

Example Published rule What to check
HK$280 of ordinary items HK$50 delivery → HK$330 total Whether a needed HK$19+ ordinary item gets you to HK$299
HK$320 of ordinary items Free standard delivery under the current guide The actual address, delivery method and final total
HK$280 ordinary items + HK$30 discounted add-ons Add-ons do not count toward HK$299 This basket may still owe HK$50 delivery

Use the live checkout total for this order. Do not pay on the assumption that a banner covers an island, village or stair delivery.

Stores, pickup and returns

The current site footer gives a Yuen Long shop at 35 Yau San Street, G/F Shop 13B, and a Fanling shop at 41A Wo Tai Street, G/F. The shopping guide also mentions Fo Tan pickup, but the footer does not currently publish a usable street address for it; confirm the location and stock before travelling. A web listing does not mean every branch has the item on its shelf.

For a damaged, defective or wrong item, the shopping guide asks you to contact online service within seven days, send photos, and keep the receipt and complete packaging. It does not promise a general change-of-mind refund or a refund for opened food. If you ordered the wrong item yourself, the shop says an exchange may be considered with HK$80 exchange delivery and other customer costs. Paid orders generally cannot be cancelled after dispatch.

Our verdict: compare PetChill when buying a known food or bulky repeat item, particularly near Yuen Long or Fanling. Before payment, verify the product expiry, stock, checkout delivery total and any stairs or island handoff. Keep sealed food and packaging until the order is checked. For a therapeutic diet, follow the treating vet’s exact formula rather than a catalogue suggestion. See our Hong Kong pet-supplies comparison.

Source notes

The shop’s footer and shopping guide supplied the current branch and return details.

DogDogHK did not place an order or receive compensation.

Footnotes

  1. The current shopping guide states HK$299 free delivery, HK$50 below threshold and excluded discounted add-ons, checked 25 September 2026. Our August review found HK$500 wording on product pages; treat that as a dated site inconsistency, not the current guide’s rule. ↩
