Airside mall rule: dogs cannot walk on the ground — use a stroller/cart (mall lends carts; escalator/lift access depends on that). At 嵐月 (3/F shops 301–302), large dogs are expected to stay in the stroller; small dogs in a cart are generally welcome and owners report friendly staff. One large-dog owner rented a cart but the dog kept jumping out, could not get into the lift for other floors, queued about 20 minutes and left. If you have a large dog, call ahead and plan for a cart the whole way — do not rely on older “all sizes welcome” blurbs alone.
